BRUSSELS, Belgium, October 4th, 2011 Pianist Pierre-Arnaud Dablemont launches a $4000 online fundraising campaign for his first solo album, dedicated to Janáček and Ravel, on GoFundMe (www.gofundme.com).
The recording of the pianist’s new album will take place in Prague on December 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2011. The recording will feature Leoš Janáček’s On an overgrown path and In the mists as well as Maurice Ravel’s Gaspard de la nuit. This album should be officially released in the course of first quarter 2012.
Yesterday new features have been added to the pianist’s website. Among other enhancements, a mobile version has been launched and the monthly newsletter has been completely redesigned.

After 10 years of intense work, Pierre-Arnaud Dablemont takes a sabbatical. Until summer 2010, the pianist will not appear on stage. This nedded break, long-planned, will give the musician time and space for deep thinking.
The French pianist Pierre-Arnaud Dablemont, living in Czech Republic for almost five years now, will give a recital on Tuesday, January 27, at 6:30 p.m. in Palffy Palace’s Concert Hall in Prague. Entrance is free.
